In a Psycho-Spiritual Session, first, I will be listening as best I can to hear and understand what difficulty has led to you contacting me. From my being present and listening, I hope to see how to assist you to realizations from your own innate wisdom that will restore your experience of your innate well-being, which is always present.

A sufficient Understanding of the connection between our spiritual (formless) nature and our psychological and physical nature effortlessly brings common sense, well-being and increased health at all levels.

An increased understanding of the nature and workings of any system brings simplicity to ‘apparent’ complexity.

These are mentoring sessions and NOT medical practice consultations.

Even so, when desired, I can answer questions you may have about diagnoses and medications. Diagnoses are an attempt to describe WHERE you are and have nothing to do with WHO you are.
